Operations Manager (Libya Based)
Sabratha Duty Free Co.Ltd. , an associate company of the Group, is the operator of a number of Tax Free Retail outlets in Libya. It is presently seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to run its outlets in Libya
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the existing product portfolio, ensuring efficient control, whilst also seeing to the smooth running of the operations. S/he will be expected to maximise sales and profitability through optimasation of the product mix and the effective management of the existing sales force whilst working towards the achievement of the ongoing day-to-day business goals.
Preferably the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and would have already worked overseas. Excellent team management, communication and organisational skill as well as the ability to provide feedback and generate reports effectively are important for this position. Whilst commitment, determination and strong leadership abilities are important pre- requisites for this position.
Salary, performance bonuses and other benefits will be commensurate with the applicants' skills and experience
