We are seeking a full-time B2B Technical Sales Representative to join our subsidiary C&C Technik: one of Malta’s leading companies in importing, distributing and retailing quality tools, such as Festool, Narex, Wiha and more! 
The selected applicant will act as the main link between the company and their assigned clients, promote and sell the company’s products and maintain a time schedule that adequately addresses the needs of the customer base.

The duties include:

  • Handling customers’ requests, inquiries and complaints.
  • Keeping customers up to date with any current offers or discounts.
  • Gathering feedback from customers and sharing same with the Sales manager.
  • Identify potential products that the Company may consider to trade.
  • Meeting potential clients to determine their needs.
  • Gathering in-depth knowledge of the products and services available.
  • Collecting and sharing important market information.
  • Managing sales quotations per client’s requirements.
  • Following up on submitted quotations.
  • Performing any other task as required. 

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Smart, motivated and outgoing.
  • Knowledgeable and interested in power tools and the trades sector.
  • Computer Literate, fluent in spoken and written Maltese and English.
  • Open to learning and receiving further training on specific products, both locally and abroad.
  • In possession of a clean driving licence (category B) and be responsible for visiting clients at their own premises.
  • Have a clean police conduct.
  • Experience in a similar role is considered an asset, however, full training will be provided.
