Our Group is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join us on a part time casual basis, approximately 10 hours monthly.

Due to the nature of this role, we would only consider a someone who can legally work in Malta without the need for a single work permit.

The duties include:

  • Be physically present for one specific morning per month, the rest of the work can be done remotely;
  • Attendance and support with the organization of monthly Board of Directors’ Meetings and the Annual General Meeting of Salvo Grima Group. This includes drawing up and circulation of the agenda and background documents, minute-taking and identifying action points in liaison with the Company Secretary;
  • Assisting the Company Secretary with drafting of reports, handouts and other legal documents.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • A mature, reliable and discrete individual who possesses a high level of education;
  • Is fluent in English, both written and verbal;
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable with Microsoft Word;
  • Has clean police conduct;
  • Has the ability to ensure confidentiality.
