Marsa, Malta –

We are currently seeking a Sales & Administration Officer (Part Time, Temporary Role) to join our Malta-based finance team on a fixed-term contract of 1 year and 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience within a supportive and thriving corporate environment.

The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Register, tag, and process sales and cash invoices, ensuring accuracy in allocation, commission calculations, and timely submissions.
  • Prepare periodic internal and external reports, including invoice summaries, commission sheets, and sales interface data, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Respond to client queries and liaise with internal departments such as Sales and Finance for approvals, clarifications, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel and accounting systems by updating purchase orders, posting transactions, and tracking submission details.
  • Organise internal memos and documentation, conduct monthly checks for missing invoices, and ensure proper filing for audit readiness.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Self-motivated, versatile team player who can also work independently with diligence.
  • Hold an O’ Level qualification in Accounts or a related subject.
  • Bring previous experience in a similar role.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and generally computer literate.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Maltese or other European languages is considered an advantage.
