FINANCE OFFICER

Record and maintain financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expenses.
Perform reconciliations of financial records, including bank accounts and cash balances.
Work with auditors, providing required documentation and support.
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely processing of payments.
Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including payments, invoicing, debtor control, and follow-up of overdue receivables.
Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly closings.

An excellent communicator in both Maltese and English languages.
Self-motivated, able to work diligently alone and effectively within a team.
Good knowledge of both local and European VAT rules.
Organised and detail-oriented with proven experience in a similar role and industry.
Holds an adequate qualification in finance/accountancy.
Digitally competent with good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Navision or Business Central is an asset.
