Marsa, Malta – 
We are searching for an experienced Finance Officer to join our dynamic team.
This role will be in charge of the financial operations of one of our subsidiaries, C&C Technik, one of the leading suppliers of high quality tools in Malta.

The duties include:

  • Record and maintain financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Perform reconciliations of financial records, including bank accounts and cash balances.
  • Work with auditors, providing required documentation and support.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including payments, invoicing, debtor control, and follow-up of overdue receivables.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly closings.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • An excellent communicator in both Maltese and English languages.
  • Self-motivated, able to work diligently alone and effectively within a team.
  • Good knowledge of both local and European VAT rules.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with proven experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Holds an adequate qualification in finance/accountancy.
  • Digitally competent with good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Navision or Business Central is an asset.
