We are on the lookout for a full-time Logistics Administrator to join our Marsa-based Ship Supply team. This role will be essential in ensuring seamless logistics operations.

The duties include:

  • Accurately recording logistic data into an Excel sheet.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and agents to establish deliveries to vessels.
  • Daily ordering of Fresh produce.
  • Assist the Logistic Manager and coordinate with various tasks.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the daily process.
  • Assisting in other clerical tasks as required.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
