We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Representative to promote our comprehensive range of products and services within the Oil & Gas industry in Libya. This role focuses on new business development through direct sales activities, managing client relationships, and networking to secure future sales opportunities.

The duties include:

  • Sales Prospecting: Actively identify and target potential clients within the Oil & Gas sector, utilizing market research and existing industry connections.

  • Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients across various regions of Libya to demonstrate products, discuss service solutions, and understand client needs.

  • Sales Process Management: Follow up on all quotations provided by the support departments, ensuring that each quotation moves towards closure, whether as confirmed orders or formal rejections.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor and go-to point for their needs within the industry.

  • Industry Networking: Engage in networking activities within the Oil & Gas industry to establish and nurture relationships that could lead to future sales opportunities.

  • Market Feedback: Gather and report back on customer feedback and market dynamics to aid in developing future sales strategies and product offerings.

  • Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by effectively managing all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to closure.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers, adept at managing multiple sales engagements simultaneously.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Libya as required.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
