We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Ship Supply Team and assist in growing the company’s sales through excellent customer service and relationship-building.
The duties include:
- Promote and sell the company’s ship supplies, services, and goods to clients.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and seek out new prospects.
- Assist in generating and following up on sales leads.
- Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries and providing product information.
- Boarding onboard vessels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate:
- Fluent in both English and Maltese languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to sales.
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Works effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptable and Resilient – Comfortable handling multiple tasks and adjusting to shifting priorities.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop in a sales role.
- Relevant experience in the marine industry.
