STOREKEEPER & DELIVERY OFFICER

Storekeeping
- Manage the storage and organisation of warehouse inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Preparing accurate invoices for our established customers.
- Proper use of the company’s ERP system to ensure accurate record keeping of the company’s inventory.
- Prepare any supporting documentation needed with outbound or inbound stock movements.
- Support various logistical tasks and distribution processes.
- Prepare stock for outbound shipments, ensuring careful handling and packaging of products.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to schedule and organise shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and keep accurate records.
Delivery
- Handle the occasional delivery to an established customer base.
- Ensuring that clients’ enquiries are responded in a punctual manner.
- Plan deliveries efficiently and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure safe handling and transport of products, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service during deliveries.

Proven experience in storekeeping, with experience in delivery as a plus.
Knowledge of handling and storing sensitive products like perfumes and liquors is a plus.
Strong organisational, time management, and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to occasionally travel as required by the company.
Familiarity with basic inventory software or willingness to learn.
