Underpinning Our Success
Salvo Grima Group’s shareholders underpin the success of the group and thanks to their support, the company continues to expand and diversify into new fields.
The company’s shareholders are all members of the 5th and 6th generations of the Grima family, descended from Victor Grima’s four daughters: Vida Naudi, Mona Aquilina, Vera Aquilina Clews and Dowager Countess Enid Preziosi.

In 2013 through its Associates SGM Retail, the Group was awarded to operate 4 duty free outlets within the Palma de Mallorca Cruise Passenger Terminal. These commenced operation in 2014.
Since 2001, the Group has had a stake in Travel Shopping Ltd, Valletta Cruise Port’s Duty Free outlets in which Salvo Grima is the exclusive supplier for cigarettes by British American Tobacco, Karelia and all fragrances and beauty products.
