Over 60 staff members participated in Salvo Grima Group’s first annual conference, which was held on 16th April 2019 at Xara Lodge in Rabat, Malta.
The event united teams from across all the Group’s operations, particularly Malta and the Netherlands, and aimed to create an opportunity for all to meet up and share ideas and experiences in a relaxed setting.
Business coach and TedX speaker Nathan Farrugia delivered a talk on letting go of fear to increase performance, while Tribali musician Peter Paul gave a workshop on teamwork through music.
