JUNIOR STOREKEEPER / WAREHOUSE PICKER

Marsa, Malta – 
We are looking for a full-time Junior Storekeeper/ Warehouse Picker to join our Ship Supply team based in Marsa, Malta and help the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by assisting in the receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of goods.
Working closely with the Storekeepers and Senior Warehouse Storekeepers , the role helps ensure that goods are handled correctly, the warehouse remains organised, and orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

The duties include:

  • Assist with the receipt of local goods, including unloading deliveries and verifying items against delivery documentation.
  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately, ensuring proper packing and readiness for dispatch.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and vehicle environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as palletisers, stackers, and forklifts where authorised (training provided).
  • Accompany drivers on deliveries, assisting with the handling and delivery of goods to clients.
  • Carry out deliveries and collections of goods from vessels, clients, suppliers, or company locations when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and overall team efficiency.
  • Report accurately and clearly on activities undertaken;
  • Carry out any other task which may be reasonably required in this position.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Motivated, smart and a good team-player;
  • Physically able to lift and transfer loads (approx. 15 to 20kg);
  • Literate and able to communicate in English, fluency in Maltese is an asset;
  • Having a clean police conduct;
  • Relevant experience would be considered an asset.
