SALES AND CLIENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
Marsa, Malta –
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Customer Executive to join our Ship Supply Team and help strengthen the company’s sales.
The duties include:
- Sell the company’s ship supplies, services, and goods to existing and prospective clients.
- Market and promote ship supply services to generate new orders.
- Establish and maintain client relationships to drive sales.
- Report feedback and insights to management for business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently to maximize sales potential.
- Boarding onboard vessels.
- Assist the sales team and contribute to company-wide sales efforts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide clear and accurate reports on activities.
- Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate would have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role; experience within the marine industry will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in both English and Maltese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
