ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER - DSITRIBUTION

We are now seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Officer – Distribution to join our team supporting sales and marketing efforts in our one our subsidiaries, Libya’s FMCG sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, routine administrative work and are looking to contribute to a stable, collaborative environment.
The duties include:
- Providing administrative support to the Commercial Team, primarily focused on accurate data entry and system updates;
- Maintaining, organising, and regularly updating sales records, reports, and databases;
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across internal systems and documentation;
- Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications;
- Assisting in collecting and formatting market and sales information from various stakeholders;
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the Commercial Team;
- Assisting with filing, documentation, and general administrative duties;
- Supporting commercial operations with basic reporting and tracking tasks.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred;
- Reliable, proactive, able to prioritize tasks within given timeframes;
- Experience working in an FMCG or distribution environment is considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple routine tasks;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or sales systems is a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow structured processes.
