SALES AND CLIENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Customer Executive to join our Ship Supply Team and help strengthen the company’s sales.

The duties include:

  • Sell the company’s ship supplies, services, and goods to existing and prospective clients.
  • Market and promote ship supply services to generate new orders.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships to drive sales.
  • Report feedback and insights to management for business growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently to maximize sales potential.
  • Boarding onboard vessels.
  • Assist the sales team and contribute to company-wide sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Provide clear and accurate reports on activities.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role; experience within the marine industry will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in both English and Maltese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage changing priorities and workloads.
