TECHNICAL STOREKEEPER

Overseeing the receipt and dispatch of the technical goods to and from the warehouses;
Collaborating with the team to provide excellent customer service;
Managing the operation and maintenance of warehouses, including proper storage of goods;
Generating and maintaining accurate records of returned goods;
Ensuring proper storage conditions for technical materials to avoid damage or deterioration;
Handling specialized equipment in compliance with safety and operational standards;
Implementing best practices for warehouse layout and material handling;
Liaising with vendors and suppliers to resolve discrepancies or issues related to deliveries;
Performing additional duties assigned by the Company as needed to support smooth operations and business activities.

Motivated, smart and a good team-player;
Physically able to lift and transfer loads (approx. 15 to 20kg);
Literate and able to communicate in English, fluency in Maltese is an asset;
Having a forklift license/certificate is an asset; however, lifter training may be provided if needed;
Have basic knowledge of computer inputting and system use.
