Salvo Grima Foundation

The Foundation is funded by Salvo Grima Group and is informally run by volunteer administrators.

These administrators meet periodically to assess the various financial challenges faced by individuals and organizations in our community. Through open discussion and increased awareness, they determine how the Group can contribute effectively to ease societal struggles.

At present, the Foundation focuses on several key areas:

  • Aid for food banks
  • Educational support
  • Mental and general health
  • Child-related initiatives
  • Restoration of historical documentation

CSR Committee

The Group Corporate Social Responsibility committee is presently composed of staff members from various Group teams and subsidiaries. Furthermore, the committee aim is to organize regular fundraising events and activities for a social purpose. There are three main sectors which have been especially prioritized by Group staff: children and teenagers in need, mental health charities and improving our natural environment.

We are undoubtedly proud of our team spirit and our active efforts to be more aware and conscious of the impact that we can have on different aspects of society. For example, some activities organized by the CSR team have included various fund-raising activities, organization of parties for children in need, countryside clean-ups and also volunteering to help mental health charities.
