New CEO for Salvo Grima Group
Salvo Grima Group appoints Karl Aquilina as Chief Executive Officer in April 2016. Karl is a sixth generation member of the Grima family.
2017

2017 saw the Group move away from the original base in Valletta to a more strategic location adjacent to our warehouses.
2018
Succession: 6th Generation of the Grima Family
During 2018 the 6th generation of the Grima family become shareholders of the Group’s holding company. Meanwhile some members of the new generation with hands-on experience of the Group’s operations were entrusted with key roles in the management and development of the Group.

During 2019/2020, the Group ventured into new African territory and established business partnerships and logistics hubs for exciting new opportunities.
