We are proud to announce that three world-leading consumer goods manufacturers have appointed Salvo Grima Group as their national distributor for Rwanda over the past weeks. Salvo Grima Group has signed agreements with US multinational corporations Mondelez International, SC Johnson and Kimberley-Clark to distribute their brands directly to over 7,000 outlets across the country of Rwanda.
 
Mondelez International is a world-leading US multinational confectionery and snack company, with an annual revenue of over $36 billion and operating in 160 countries. Apart from well-known Mondelez brands Cadbury and Oreo, which already have a strong consumer base in Rwanda, Salvo Grima Group looks forward to introducing further brands in this market from the vast Mondelez portfolio.
 
Salvo Grima Group will also be distributing household and professional brands produced by S.C. Johnson, a leading family-owned US-based multi-national manufacturer with revenue of over $10 billion worldwide. The brands to be distributed across Rwanda include Kiwi shoe care, Baygon & Raid pest control, Pledge furniture cleaner and Glade air fragrance.
 
American multinational personal care company Kimberley-Clark has also appointed Salvo Grima to distribute products in the personal hygiene categories, bringing brands such as Kotex sanitary pads, Huggies diapers and Kleenex tissues to the Rwandan market.
 
To date, Salvo Grima Group has been appointed exclusive national distributor by 9 multinational manufacturers in Rwanda. Salvo Grima Rwanda employs over 100 people and operates a network of ten logistics hubs which reach across Rwanda and also export to neighbouring countries in East and Central Africa.
