Malta Free Zones Act launched

The Malta Free Zones Act of 2019 has been launched, enabling the Malta Government to designate areas as free zones in Malta. This development has been welcomed as a step in the right direction to facilitate international trade. Salvo Grima Group chairman Robert Aquilina was actively involved in the consultation process relating to this Act whilst chairing the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Logistics Committee.
